Linkedin comment on Colonial training in the schools
The new trend in Africa is not the traditional colonial style of learning but a student centered - community centered adult learning style. Just because most of the information from the Internet comes from all over the world does not mean it dictated. Many of the African government understand and have institutionalized this style of learning.
